Latest Version of HP-UX 11.11

Hello there!

Can anyone tell me what the latest release of 11.11 v1 is?

The newest bunch of CD-ROMs I can find is September 2003 (which is a bit old).

the version = 11i v1, June 2005

but there are new patches already.

Hi,

As far as I know, the contain of the latest release of 11.11 v1 are the basic/base 11.11 v1 PLUS the latest patch bundles for 11.11 v1.

So if you want to get the latest release of 11.11 v1, all you have to do are install the basic/base 11.11 v1 plus the latest patch bundles for 11.11 v1 (from ITRC website, the latest is SupportPlus September 2005).

We had Mar-Apr'04 DVD of 11i V1. You can install your version (sep 03) and apply latest patches to it..

off on a tangent here..

HP-UX 11.11 == HP-UX 11i v1

There is no such beast as "11.11 v1". I know why this has happened is because

HP-UX 11.23 == HP-UX 11i v2

I've seen people say HP-UX 11.11 v2, which is really confusing, as you dont know if they mean the v2 (11.23) or not (11.11)..

I really wish HP never went down the route of adding the "i" on their OS, as it confuses something that should be simple...
