Linux Supportabilty

Hi, Can anyone point me in the direction of a support/certification matrix for Linux and HP hardware (ideally storage systems and servers). Thanks

Re: Linux Supportabilty

What Linux Distribution are you considering.

Red hat maintains an extensive database of supported hardware on their website.

I'm looking at Red Hat V3 and various Update levels (1-3). Thanks

Try this Red Hat link:

Re: Linux Supportabilty

Thanks for that, http://hardware.redhat.com/hcl/?pagename=details&hid=5567 almost answers my question but doesn't list anything about update levels.

Re: Linux Supportabilty

I would suggest to go to the latest update level (update 4) on v3 because updates (1-4) are only bug fixes and improvements on V3. What has been certified with RH3 should work without issues on the update releases.
