Lucent Win Modem

Hey, my mom has a Lucent Win Modem #2 on her Windows XP HP, and when you go to the device manager, it has a yellow ! and she can't sign online, it says it isn't working properly. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still wont work. How can we fix it?

Try using the 6.0 driver from agere (used to be Lucent):
