Mcafee Framework is not Running

Hi
I am using Mcafee Virusscan Ent. 8.0i. but one of teh machine can't update automatically.
once i did manually update it's showing an error "Failed to initialize Common Updater subsystem.Make sure the Mcafee Framework Service is running. Mcafee Common Framework retuned error fffff95b@2" if i try to start the service it's showing and eroor'it's not reunning onlocal PC. error code: 193:0xc1

pc is running windows xp with SP2

pls chk n adv.

Uninstall then reinstall Mcafee should clear it.
