Migrating scheduled tasks from current server to new server

Hi all,
Getting ready to replace a ML370G1 server with a ML370 G4. Need to move all my scheduled tasks over there. Is there a group of files I can move to get the data over or do I have just have to go to the new server and bring up task scheduler and start typing in all the tasks I need?
