Migration of Oracle 11.0.3 from HPUX11.0 to HPUX11i enterprise

We are in the process of installing new HP systems with HPUX11i enterprise edition. Curently we are having Oracle Financials 11.0.3 running on HPUX11.0 on Vclass machines .
Inorder to migrate the applications and the data from the current enviorenment to the new enviorenment what activities should I perform.

Also I would apprecaite if anyone could share their experinece in a simillair scenario.

your response on this would be highly appreciated.

Hi

Have not performed anything like this but the two OS shouldn't be more different than that you should be able to copy (restore) the software and datafiles from your backupmedia, and do a 'relink all' on the Oracle software...

You'll ofcourse first have to put inplace all the kernel settings and necessary patches described in the release notes.

Am I way out here or?
