Mozilla no longer works after up2date

I'm an experienced hpux admin, but very new to linux. I just installed Redhat Fedora core2 and everything was working great.

THe up2date thing wanted to run and it downloaded a bazillion packages and I let them install. At some point it flashed a message about the mozilla package being tampered with, do I want to continue? I stupidly said yes.

Anyway, now when I attempt to open a web browser it hangs for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I've restarted the system numerous times to no avail.

Is there any way to back-out that package? I'm not even sure of the name of the package other than it started with mozilla.

THanks in advance.

Re: Mozilla no longer works after up2date

You can try reinstalling the mozilla package, or update that package too if available.

To reinstall, find the rpm package on the CD and use:

rpm -ivh mozilla-version.rpm --force --replacefiles --replacepkgs
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
