Mylex DAC960PL-3

I flashed my Dac960PL - 3 controller with a new firmware/bios update and now it ins?t seen during the system boot.
How i over-ride the rom bios and flash controller again. Which JP I need remove ?

are devices attached to it seen or does it just not show up in the SCSI banner? if it's not recognized at all you might try to re-flash it (new or old bios/fw).
An other possibility, less likely, is that it's settings changed. See if you need to enable bios or banner

I try flashed bios again, but aplication returned "The adapter controller not Found".
I check Slot and cables, Ok !
