i recive this message when try to start a session with NNM from my Corel linux
ovw: Xt Warning: Missing charset in String to FontSet conversion

Been there, done that and washed the T shirt.
Your problem is Fonts.
You can solve this by one of two methods.
1. If you are network connected to the Server, you can add the following entry to the xfs configuration file /etc/X11/fs/config
tcp/hostname:port
or
tcp/hostname:port/cataloguelist
This further detailed via the xfs man page.
2. You can copy the hp_roman8 and dt-xfonts to your machine and load them into the cataglogue of your own xfs server.
One more thing, for intermittent use you can always use the following command:
xset fp+ tcp/10.8.2.50:7000 # Add the Fonts Server for HP Openview from 10.8.2.50
