NT 4 - SP5 - LaserJet 4050 BSOD

Greetings,

When I open a message in Outlook 2000 and select text in an open (not
previewed) message, then go to File -> Print and choose the More Options
button. I get a blue screen of death on any machine in the office that tries
to use the printer.

Anyone else seen this? I tried using a newer version of the print driver but
to no avail.

You could try to upgrade to SP6, I believe MS has included updated drivers for
the 4000 series. I seem to remember a article on MS's support site about issues
with the 4050 too.
