Re: NTP
The NTP code is industry standard so it works like all other implementations of NTP. Note that NTP will maintain accuracy (as a client) to within 128 ms and has an extremely small overheaad to perform the task. The absolute accuracy of the time depends on the reference sources (note: multiple sources are always recommended). See ntp.org and http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/time.html for the details.
