Re: OEM om hp UX
Read the manual from Oracle.
Comply with pre-installation patch requirements, which you download from the patch database at http://itrc.hp.com
Then follow the install guide precisely.

SolutionYes, you have to read the configuration guide ("Enterprise Manager Configuration Guide - a96673").
Anyway, to start OEM run, as oracle owner (tipically oracle):
$oemapp console
To start the intelligent agent:
$agentctl start agent
Best Regards,
Eric

Re: OEM om hp UX
but if you install it
you can start it from bin directory inside ORACLE_HOME
#$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl start dbconsole
then you can access it by typing this url
http://abc.domain.com:1158/em/
you can access it from HPUX browser (MOZILLA-NetSCAPE) or from any terminal by typing url in internet explore.
