Options Features with Oracle Enterprise Edition.

I want to know whether Option Features available with Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition like OLAP,Patitioning, RAC,Spatial are freely available with enterprise edition or we have to purchase this options seperately with Enterprise edition.

RAC is a separate product from Database server Enterprise Edidtion.
