Options for selling Itanium OpenVMS servers that are no longer being used?

I'm fairly certain that the answer is "no", but was curious if the community can help me confirm.  As best I can tell from licensing docs, OpenVMS is licensed on a "right to use" basis, and you don't actually own anything when you purchase an OpenVMS and VMSCluster license.  My company has several Itanium servers that we no longer used, and I'm wondering if we're only allowed to sell the hardware, or if we can sell the hardware bundled with the licenses?

Presumably that would be allowed if we follow HP's guidelines for transferring the licenses?  Thanks - any guidance is greatly appreciated.

You can sell the hardware and the licenses.  Speak with Len Whitwer at PSDS (psds.com).

Thanks gents.  The license transfer details were exactly what I was looking for.
