Well i solved this problem installed Oracle. Then i restarted the server. Now the server won't start.
Checking it over HP İLO admin interface. It says something like sas controller error. I am truly tired now.

Setting the environmental variable 'TMPDIR' allows *most* Unix commands to specify any directory for temporary, "work" space. This is part of the Unix standard at large.
