Oracle 9i installation on Itanium machine.

Hello,

tomorrow I will installing Oracle 9i (9.0.1) on Itanium machine. Could someone please indicate a good documentation on how to install and configure it ?
I've already download docs from otn.oracle.com
Is possibile to install Oracle 9i 01 on Itanium machine ? Because the dowload and docs, speak about 9i 02 for Itanium.

according to Metalink, only 9.2 is available for HPUX itanium :

for hp-ux(V1.6 or V2) running on Itanium machines only Oracle 9.2.0.2 available.

Oracle 9.0.1 is not available for hp-ux v 1.6 or v2

Do you have a document on installation of 9i 02 on Itanium ?
I would like to find a doc that explain how to create raw device, redo logs, etc. etc.
The otn.oracle.com explain only how to install it.

What is the motivation to use raw devices ?

At the moment I haven't this information.
I don't know if there is an external storge: it's only my supposition.
Anyway, tomorrow I'll check the configuration.
