Oracle WebDB and Service Guard

I have some Problems with Oracle WebDB.
The listener quits almost 10 Times a day.
Oracle tells me, that this 'lightweight'-Listener cannot produce any output or Logfiles.

Has anybody set up webDb to be monitored by Service Guard ?
