Your sizing will not only depend on the applications you will run, but mainly on the volumes of data and the intensity of usage.
Just post your specific questions, and I'm sure you'll get many useful replies.

that there is also about oracle.

My shop uses the EE database server and the 9ias suite of products which share a lot of technology with the producsts you mention.
I'm sure you can find someone with more experience and pay them for a few hours of sage advice.

We are currently using Oracle Application 11.0.3 (order entry, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing). You may take a look at the attached doc for space management tips.
