Outlook 2007 odd Account Settings window display

There's no better way to describe my problem than with a picture. Please see attached. This is a freshly imaged Windows XP laptop with MS Office 2007 installed overtop of the Office 2003 that was part of the image. My Outlook profile seems to setup properly. It all "works". I am able to click the Add button and select .PST's to add, they just don't show on this display ... nor do any of the other Account Settings tabs either. The .PST's are available once added.

I have run the Office Repair option from the Add/Remove Programs - Change button. No difference. Any ideas what is "missing" preventing the proper item display?

Cheers,
Art

Just trying to get a better understanding of the problem.
Initially the "Data Files" TAB is empty. You then use the ADD option to add a
PST file. Then,
* The PST file does not get listed in "Data Files".
OR
* The PST file gets listed in "Data Files", but when you come to the TAB next
time around, you wont find the PST entry

Is one of the above the problem you are facing or is it something different ?

Re: Outlook 2007 odd Account Settings window display

It's more than the data file tabs is empty ... look closely at the picture. The whole middle section of that window is "broken". There are no column headers, I can't "select" anything and choose Settings. All the tabs are like this. Just one shaded line where the column headers should be. I can click the Data Files tab and then Settings and add a .PST, but the display remains blank.

Re: Outlook 2007 odd Account Settings window display

I have run the MS Office 2007 installation/repair procedure - no diff.

I have uninstalled MS Office 2007, rebooted and reinstalled MS Office 2007 - no diff.

I'd hate to have to re-image so soon ... I just got things settled down! :-(

Anybody? Can anyone think of what might be "missing" to prevent the display of that panel?
