Outlook error - User does not have a server mailbox

Manager and user in the same domain and in the same mailbox store on the
server. Manager gives user permissions to view task list and top level
mailbox. User tries to access manager's tasks and gets error "User does not
have a server mailbox". I know there is a Knowledgebase article but that
talks about the mailboxes being in different domains.
Any ideas please?

Found this:

"Check the Security tab on the problematic user account. Make sure that the
"Authenticated Users" group has "Read Public Information" set to "Allow." "

Ron,

Thanks for that I checked the security tab on the problem user and the following were already set to Allow for Authenticated Users,
Read General Information
Read Personal Information
Read Public Information
Read Web Information
And nothing was set to Deny.
So tahnks again but it doesn't look like that is it.

Andy.
