Re: Outlook6.0 to outlook2007

Hello Ramana,

You can create PST.
On the OLD outlook:

File>Import/export>EXPORT to a file>Personal Folder file(PST)> & select you inbox which contains all you emails.

& save it to a location... say.. Desktop.

Once saved, you can keep another copy of the same, in a cd.. as backup.

Now in outlook2007 GOTO

File>OPEN> Outlook Data File > & locate it to your newly created PST.

NOTE: Please save this file to a secure location & then open it through outlook 2007;

as if you move the file AFTER opening, outlook will give error.

Regards,
James.

Re: Outlook6.0 to outlook2007

Hello,

Nothing changes in that case;

Follow the first few steps for outllo2007;

& the later steps for outlook 6
