[P410i] - Array is ready for recovery, but never rebuilds

One of my disks in a 2-drive RAID1 array died.

So I replaced the disk. Now the array says, ready for recovery, but never recovers.

Attached you will find the report from the controller.
I uploaded a copy of the report here (cannot attach it)

What can I do?
