PASCAL compilation

I am very much new to the PASCAL. I am using the Turbo Pascal 3.01. I am able to compile the .PAS files successfully and the .COM files are being generated. Can i get any information on these .COM files about how to use them and what they are for?

Are you sure you're posing this question in the right forum.
AFAIK, there is no such thing as Turbo Pascal on OpenVMS.
