PI/OPEN problem

Hi,
Anybody here can help with a PI/OPEN message error;
Condition raised
"SIGSEGV"
Exiting PI/OPEN
One of my customers runs PI/OPEN under hp-ux 11.0,he gets this mesg. when he runs one of his programs.
Otherwise ,is there a forum fo this application?
