PJL INFO STATUS

I have a vb app that retrieves the current printer status using PJL. It accurately retrieves the status on an HP 5Si, but when I run it for any HP 4000, I get "Processing Job" status every time, even when I know for sure that they are idle. All printers are IP printers on our network. I'm new to PJL, but I think I have the syntax correct because it works on the 5Si. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
