Pavilion 521c/Win XP Pro/Keyboard Issues

In a post I had at another time, someone had sent me a link for this "Extended Keys" utility that was designed for Windows NT, but could work for my problem. Well, it didn't, but now I have a new problem. It won't uninstall!Any ideas (Other than a rollback)?
