From the above error its shows that we need to upgrade the ilo2 firmware also with the power management controller firmware is there anything else we need to upgrade.
Please let me know if anything else is required to be upgraded

Re: Power management controller error for c-class blades
it is not advised to go to 2.3 to to 3.oo
if you do this you will encounter many issues..
this is all in the the very long white paper on enclosure upgrading,
what needs to be done is downgrade oa to 2.6 minimum then bring all sys board and ilos to the same level according to the compatibility matrix..
link is here
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=115&prodSeriesId=1844065&prodTypeId=3709945&objectID=c01894379
when this is done power all powers supplies may say they are failed but all will work normal ,
if you have this issue hp will send new power supplies look here
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01519680
now when all is doen remove the Oa while the system is running replace it and update the enclosure with firmware dvd 9
Special note when upgrading the firmware from
2.3 up to 2.6 remove the mezzaine cards
other wise you will get more issues ,
i have been though this process countless times,
and this is the correct way
if you have any issues reseat the oa and then post the showall log i will look at it
This is how we thank each other in the forum
its for "all" who contribute in assisting
