Printing hungs in printer jobs on HPUX

Hello All,

We have a hpux server connected to a network printer, whenever we give a print request. the request goes in the print queue and gets hung and doesnt prints. Now only after we physically restart the printer we are able to get print outs for the print jobs. This is  a problem and dont know how to fix this issue.

Anyone one has come across this situation please help.

Thanks for the reply!.

After the disable/enable, the printer works for some time and then again we get the print jobs hung. This happens inconsistently and we are not sure what may be the reason. Everytime we have to disable/restart/enable the printer queue to make it running again.
