Proliant ML350G4 and Debian, with Agents!
Well..
We've used the following url to create the .deb files for the agents on Debian. (since the supplied are for RHEL and SUSE only)
http://www.sk-tech.net/support/HPrpm2deb.sh.html
All goes pretty well but after starting the cmastor, hpasm and cpqacuxe (-R) it seems that the snmp info isn't retrieved correctly.
On accessing the webinterface, the "Device home page" doesn't give any info on the server. (device unknown etc..)
I'm going to email the author of the script so he knows about it, and in the meantime, if anyone can give troubleshooting tips, you're welcome. (I'd be happy to share any experiences)
Ps: snmpwalk doesn't give any output on the enterprises.232 MIB.. (empty result)
Cheers!

I can try to re-simulate the steps we have taken, but also have a look in this (now very active:-)) thread:

Please feel free to let me know if you don't get any further.
