Provide manual fo HPUX V3 internals

Could any body suggest good book or online links for the HPUX V3 internals . I found one in amazon but that is for hpuxv2 .

define "internals" and keep in mind it's closed source.

I know the book you are referring to... there is no equivalent for 11iv3, although much of what is in the book is still relevant.

As pointed out by Torsten, this is closed source, so you only get to find out what HP choose to tell - which pretty muchg is what you find at docs.hp.com

In terms of major differences on 11iv3, the technical white papers available here are often a good starting point:

We need to do some performance tuning to integrate our product in order to do that i need to know about the HPUX internals ( about kernel or instruction set etc deep inside HPUX)
