Question related to IR volume on Unix blade system
Dear
We are running Bl860c server having 11.23 OS and IR volume for both internal hard disk. now we want to break this IR volume and use software mirroring for some specific purpose.
My query is that while braking IR volume from EFI prompt, is there possibility that i will loose my rootvg from both disk. Or i couldn't boot server from any of disk. For safe side i will keep ignite copy but i need opinion who have already performed it.
Thanks to all.

Re: Question related to IR volume on Unix blade system
This means data loss.
Take a backup, reconfigure and restore the backup.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
