R3000H HELP PLEASE!!
Hi, i have an r3000h (not the xr model)
and it was backing up my appliances fine until it suddenly went off and LED 4 went on, saying to me that the voltage is low.
I have tried everything to correct this problem and i just cant do it.
Please Help, Thanks

This might sound basic but have you checked the fuse in the plug or the breaker at the fuse box. Otherwise does your computer work with the UPS bypassed. How old are the batteries in the unit. They usually only have a 3-4 years service life and ALWAYS fail when needed after this time.
There is very little that can be serviced in these units. Batteries can be replaced but if these are OK thenn a replacement unit may be required. Is it under warranty with HP. If not contact me and I could arrange a replacement/ repair. I have tried to attached a manual for you to look at in case you do not have one, but it is too large.
