R5000 & R7000 EEProm update flash procedure
Anyone do this yet. I got the EEProm to update but I am confused by the last step.
"Turn the UPS off by disconnect the input power."
Wouldn't this just make the UPS go on battery. Do they mean I need to power the UPS off and not just put it on battery?
Or do they mean turn the UPS off and disconnect the input power?

Yes you turn the UPS off then disconnect the power for 10-15 seconds.
