RHEL7.6 installation on HPE DL380 G10

Hi, 

I am currently trying to install RHEL 7.6 to a DL380 G10 server, but it seems that the installation always get stuck at 'Starting Network Manager...' for more than 20 minutes. I've tried to install using virtual .iso disk and bootable usb, but I got similar result (kindly find the screen capture in the link).  Has anyone experienced similar issue?

Try adding this option on the kernel boot line

inst.geoloc=0
