Ram required to 11.23

[Rajendra prasad NVR]

I am trying to upgrade my system 9000/800/L2000-5X running 11.11 to 11.23. Now system is having 2GB of ram and swap space is 6GB.

Some once can suggest me how is minumum Ram requried for 11.23 so that I can plane for hardware upgrade first.

Minimum amount of RAM for the v3 opeating system is also the same. :)
