Rebooting Problem

I installed Suse 10.0 OSS on my HP laptop (nx6120). Problem I am facing is my system does not reboot but sort of hangs up at rebooting system.

Please Help

Hello!

Could you show some example hangs?
Where is it hangs, which script is currently running?
What are the /var/adm/messages files contains?

From where do you issued the reboot command?
Try:
root # cd /
root # reboot

In /etc/grub.conf
try to append reboot=b in kernel line

Somebody had this squestion few weeks ago...
