Redhat Linux AS 4 U4 can't startup after DL360G5 connect MSA20

customer installed Redhat AS 4 U4 on DL360G5 wiht E200, and then he install SA6402 in DL360G5 and connect to MSA20.

But linux can't startup after create logical drives on MSA20 . and Linux can startup again after disconnect MSA20.
Action Taken:
1. Run ADU , there no any hardware failure in this case.
2. Check boot order in RBSU, E200 is first one and SA6402 is second.
so what is the reason ?

look at the boot log.

/var/log/boot.log

Also:

/var/log/messages

There must be an error.

I suspect its either a Bad SA6402 card or incorrect setup. RH won't boot off Raid 0.
