Redhat Linux & Fibre Channel

We are looking at building a server and connecting it to our current SAN. We are running FC_FA via Brocade 2800/HP-16B FC switches to a XP-512. Does anybody know what cards are supported under Linux and will work in this environment ?

Re: Redhat Linux & Fibre Channel

Here's one URL you may find useful:
http://www.iol.unh.edu/consortiums/fc/fc_linux.html

Here's another with a running configuration listing:
http://www.cmascenter.org/hardware.html

It appears to me that at least the Emulex and Qlogic and Interphase cards are supported.

HTH,
Paul
