The ioscan -funC graphics command reports NO
graphic devices for your system
SAm is unable to configure the X server for this system

How can i do to configure the X server ?

I think i don't understand well ??

The X server shoukd be running on your laptop/notebook/pc, unless it have a graphic card.

What model is it ?

Did you exported the DISPLAY=:0 variable ?

If you don't have a graphics card installed you won't be able to as such.

Qu : what H/W is this occuring on ?

Qu : what element of the Xserver are you trying to configure and why ?

Qu : does this involve PC X emulation s/w at all if so which ?
