SFU - Services for Unix
Hi
Have any of you worked on MS Services For Unix??.
Basically we are planning to centralise the administration of NT based computers in our organization. Though, the softwares like PC Anywhere/Dameware could help in these kind of activiities we would like to have a simpler and faster less graphic intensive tool for this ( like Unix Xterm). With SFU, there is a telnet service and Interix xterm emulator are available. But I am not sure what kind of graphical tools these could support. ( I was not able to run even some simple programs like calc.exe after telnetting to the SFU host from a remote machine and it was giving an error like windows applications are not supported in a telnet session. Now I really wonder what is the use of having these services ...!!!!??. And also I dont see a ftp server in SFU. Can anybody help me in this regard??
Thanks in advance
