STOP Error

I have received the following stop errors on one of our ProLiant BL460c G1 servers. The server is running Windows 2003 64 R2 and has SIM 5.1 installed. The errors happen every couple of days.

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000109 (0xA3A03A388FDC55D1, 0x0000000000000000, 0xDC96DA004F2EE89E, 0x0000000000000101))

Re: STOP Error

Could this be that we are running SIM on a 64bit OS?

Re: STOP Error

We've been experiencing a similar issue with a HP ProLiant BL460c running Windows Server 2003 R2 x64, SP2. Were you able to resolve your issue?

Re: STOP Error

What are the PSP and firmware levels for the server exhibiting these STOP errors?

STOP 0xC2 is a Bad Pool Caller , usually driver-related. I believe we saw this issue on our 46xs with PSP\firmware 7.7 and fixed it by upgrading to PSP\firmware 7.9.
