STREAMS/UX error

someone can indicate me that it may be passing in a L2000 server with HP-UX 11.0, it is in MC/SG cluster, that throws the following error in the console:

We have found that the best current combination of streams and arpa is PHNE_22397 and PHNE_22566. Don't ask why, but this is the only combo to fix some problems we've had with jserv and sql...
