is it SenderID already as SMTP-Auth standard recognized
or unfortunately still the age-old SMTP RFC 2821 (since 20 years) ?

RFC 2821 - The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, recently (2001) obsoleted RFC 821. Here is the link describing all the RFCs.

So RFC 2821 is now only 4 years old & it was RFC 821 earlier.

but at the moment there is no standard (RFC) for authentication of senders, or I'm wrong ?
