Sendmail PHNE_21697 for 10.20

The lab has released sendmail patch PHNE_21697 for HPUX 10.20.

Major fixes:

o Intermittent hangs (set proc title fix)

o Daemon intermittently exits with no indication why it did so. (set proc title fix)

o Large db files in /var/tmp on file system with 65kb block size.

SR 8606105137 / CR JAGab73015:
1. newaliases/makemap commands generate a huge db file on 'hfs' file system with 64kb Block size.

SR 8606126031 / CR JAGac47219:
2. gen_cf script option 1, wrongly sets promiscuous relay in the sendmail configuration file generated.

SR 8606131029 / CR JAGad00187:
3. When DNS server is down, sendmail fails to use files (/etc/hosts) for host lookup.

SR 8606137834 / CR JAGad06991:
4. Sendmail-8.9.3 drops the MIME encoding information line in the message when sent to openmail.

SR 8606132690 / CR JAGad01838:
5. Sendmail-8.9.3 creates a 10MB file in /var/tmp for every DB access. This caused performance degradation.

SR 8606127691 / CR JAGac78493:
6. When heavily loaded, Sendmail-8.9.3 exits without any error or core file.

SR 8606158700 / CR JAGad28030:
7. When LDAP is enabled in Sendmail and if the LDAP server is down, mails sent to local users including root get queued up.
