Server in hang mode

Hi,

  We are seeing the starange issue on gen-10 server, every alternate day the server went to idle mode. After hard reboot the server working fine

os- centos-7.4

please suggest on this.

Do you see any errors in hardware logs ? check hardware logs for any errors at that time

From os you can configure kdump and generate vmcore to isolate the issue
