I want to Install 9i RAC on two HP-UX 11iv2.
Do I have to use raw devices for storage? Is there any other solution for Storage? (like OCFS in Linux).I mean do you know any clustered file system for this case?

Re: Shared file system for 9i RAC
I think you must use VG in shared mode with raw devices.
Another option could be to use VERITAS Clustered File System, but I'm not sure if it's supported on Oracel 9i/HP-UX 11iv2.
Enjoy :)

Re: Shared file system for 9i RAC
In the near future HP will release a new version of SG that will include the Veritas CFS, and you will be able to use this clustered file system.
This product should be available by the end of the year

Re: Shared file system for 9i RAC
You Mean veritas has clustered file system but it is not compatible with SG?
What about Oracle 10g RAC? As you know we do not need to use SG and SGE-RAC for 10g RAC anylonger. Oracle released a software called Oracle cluster ready server (CRS). We have to install it before Oracle RAC. Do you think veritas CFS work with 10g RAC on HP-UX?
