Shared library files

I'm installing I-DEAS10NX & I get this message when checking the system characteristics: Can't find:
libX11.sl
libXext.sl
libXi.sl
libXt.sl
The check routine identifies the system has X11 R6, which is req'd. If I look in the /usr/lib/X11R6 directory these files don't exist. However they are in the /usr/lib/X11R4 directory.
Can I copy them? Or what do I do next?
