Siebel Indicative Transaction rates

I am currently investigating the hardware specifications for a Siebel ecommunications installation and am trying to determine the "real life" transaction rates that anybody might be getting from their siebel instances, particularly peak / batch rates. Any indicative configs / rates from experience would be much appreciated.

Siebel may have a forum or some kind of benchmarking information.
