Some OS commands hang after Oracle start

After Oracle start on a Superdome partition some commands like top, ipcs, sar hang (oracle hangs too). Reboot does not work either, so we need to reset the partition. After reset vfp gives an error on one of three cells. It happens during memory discovery step but nevertheless OS starts correctly. Subsequent reboot works fine w/o any error. But starting of Oracle DB activity freezes the system again.
Could it be a memory hardware issue? Kernel parameters are attached.
Thanks a lot.

Re: Some OS commands hang after Oracle start

You may need to check your log files for any type of warnings or error messages. You can also check the crash/dump files if you have any. I would defenitely check all hardware with STM tools. If you suspect any errors, contact your hardware support.

Kernel errors and software application errors would normally be available from the log files.
