Re: Staroffice52
Riss,
If you feel like compiling the software, Sun will allow you to download the software and source code.
See
http://www.sun.com/products/staroffice/5.2/source/index.html
Hope that helps.

Re: Staroffice52
I did a search on google.com for staroffice
hpux and depot and found pages of links. An
ftp site in germany claims to have it.
I searched on the hpux porting archive,
unfortunately they don't have it.
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/search.html
I don't understand why you want it though..
it's quite poor quality, windows does the
desktop environment just fine, leave unix
do the server work.

Re: Staroffice52
Simply put, NO... It is not currently ported to HP-UX.
However Star Office is rumored to be X complian, which means it will run in an X display. I have never tested this theory though, so I can not say for sure.
Hurry up HP-UX porting team!!
Regards,
Shannon
